A major health system leased 35,842 square feet in the street-level retail portion of the Colonial Reserve at Medical District multifamily complex at 2222 Medical District in Dallas. AutoNation inked a new long-term lease for 61,795 square feet at Texas Plaza I (2220 Chemsearch Blvd) in Irving with plans to occupy the space starting in December.
