Kathy Permenter Shines at NTCAR Stemmons Service Award Event

Great fun was had at the NTCAR Stemmons Service Award event last night at the Dallas Country Club. We cheered for our Kathy Permenter, who was one of four illustrious CRE veterans in the running for the event. Ultimately, CBRE’s Steve Berger took the award home.
