– Since the last census in 2010, the Census Bureau estimates the population of the Dallas-Fort Worth MSA grew by 900,000 or an average of 129,000 people per year.

– For the cycle so far, the total net job gains has been 884,400. This is second in the nation behind New York, which has a much larger base.

– Of the total 637,608 square feet of net absorption recorded in the fourth quarter, Class A was 600,199 square feet, while Class B was 64,916 square feet and Class C was a negative 27,507 square feet.
