Overview

Supply and demand were largely in balance in the third quarter for the Dallas/Fort Worth office market, with new construction and absorption matching one another.  Still, this pattern is not likely to hold with changes ahead for co-working (which made up a sizable amount of the net absorption) and a heavy construction delivery pipeline for the remainder of the year.
