Experience
Moody Younger serves as co-managing partner for Younger Partners where he is responsible for the overall performance of the company. In 2012, Moody and Kathy Permenter co-founded Younger Partners, which has grown from its original partners into a full-service commercial real estate firm providing investment, leasing and management services to clients in North Texas. Younger Partners currently employs over 100 professionals.
Moody’s experience spans more than three decades in senior management positions with Grubb & Ellis, CBRE, Trammell Crow Company, JLL and Transwestern Commercial Services. He has completed over 1,400 leases representing more than 8.1 million square feet.
Moody holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University, a bachelor’s from Texas Tech University and a Texas Real Estate Broker license. He is also active in many professional organizations including TREC, ULI, NTCAR and ICSC.

Kathy Permenter, SIOR
Experience
Kathy Permenter is a motivated, personable business professional with more than three decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry. An original founder and co-managing partner of Younger Partners, Kathy has been involved with the company’s overall strategy, vision and growth since its start in April 2012 while continuing to deliver exceptional value for her own clients each day.
Kathy’s success in executing some of the most significant leases in the Dallas-Fort Worth region can be attributed to her years of transaction experience, CPA background and ability to execute creative solutions. Her leadership and insights have helped develop Younger Partners into a full-service commercial real estate firm with more than 100 employees and a management and leasing portfolio of over 12 million square feet of properties.
Prior to founding Younger Partners, Kathy held senior positions with Trammell Crow Company, Grubb & Ellis, and CBRE. In addition, she is an active Board Member for The Real Estate Council, a member of ICSC, as well as an Executive Board Member for NTCAR Hall of Fame.

Trae Anderson

Trae Anderson is a Managing Principal with Younger Partners with over twenty years of real estate experience. Trae is responsible for marketing and leasing office buildings, netting large profits for clients and representing successful tenants. Trae’s persistent energy, owner’s mentality and in-depth market knowledge bring intangible value to his clients. Trae is very much a “hands-on agent” and he’s not afraid to roll up his sleeves to accomplish his goals. Trae’s experience in challenging markets makes him valuable to clients by utilizing his unique creativity and non-traditional thinking to deliver results.
Prior to joining Younger Partners, Trae was a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Company. Before Grubb & Ellis, Trae spent two years with Dominus Commercial where he received the Top Producer Award and tripled leasing assignments. Trae began his real estate career at Corporate USA where he climbed the ladder from Associate to Executive Vice President. Prior to his real estate career, Trae was a professional fund raiser for the University of Oklahoma.

Carter T. Crow
Experience
Carter T. Crow is a well-regarded industry veteran and brings over 19 years of real estate experience to Younger Partners where is a Principal. Carter specializes in industrial and land investment sales, development and build-to-suits, industrial project leasing and tenant representation.
Prior to joining Younger Partners, Carter spent 12 years with Billingsley Company as Senior Vice President where he oversaw 4.2 million square feet of industrial properties and assisted with five build-to-suit projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Prior to Billingsley Company, Carter spent two years with Holt Lunsford Commercial leasing their industrial portfolio. Carter quickly achieved a high level of success by being recognized in the Dallas Business Journal’s “Real Estate Rookie of the Year” category. In the same year, Carter also scored the second largest deal of “Industrial Deals Closed”. Carter has also been named to the Commercial Real Estate “Heavy Hitters” list for 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010.

Sam G. Kartalis
Experience
Sam Kartalis became an executive on the Younger Partners land team in 2017 following the acquisition of his former company, Novus Realty Advisors, LLC. After nearly 45 years in the business, he came with a wealth of talent for new business, project development, training, communication, appraisal, brokerage, property management, syndication, and general management.
Sam’s career climb in commercial real estate began in 1974 at Henry S. Miller Co. where he rose from a team manager to a well-known partner and COO in the firm. Before leaving in 2014 to start Novus with other industry professionals, his name had already become synonymous with great leadership. Sam infused the full-service development, broker and investment firm with his strong work ethic, expertise, and attentiveness to client needs, making it an attractive fit for Younger Partners.
Prior to working in commercial real estate, Sam held management roles at GMC and then at Westinghouse Electric Corporation. He left Westinghouse when he returned to Dallas after serving as General Manager, Elevator Division, South America in Caracas, Venezuela.
Sam graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in Mathematics followed by a four-year tour of duty in the United States Navy as an Officer aboard a Destroyer. A frequent panelist and speaker, he is actively involved with many industry-leading organizations.

Bob Helterbran
Experience
Bob Helterbran specializes in providing acquisition and disposition services for apartment owners.
Prior to joining Younger Partners, Bob formed the multifamily platform at Colliers International. Bob’s team executed 7 transactions in their limited time at Colliers including REO dispositions, Class “A,” HUD assumptions and land development deals. Bob was a Senior Vice President in the multifamily investment service at Colliers and at Grubb & Ellis. Before his tenure at Grubb & Ellis, he worked at Transwestern as a senior member of the multifamily investment sales division, where he was involved in 30 transactions.
During the 1980s, he was a consistent top producer at CBRE, receiving top investment salesman designation for the Central Region three times. Bob’s real estate career began with CBRE in the mid-1970s.
Bob recently represented both buyer & seller in the sale of Arlington Common Apartments, Arlington, TX, 353 units built in 2018, for a record-setting price per unit.
