Carson Mitchell became an integral part of the Younger Partners leasing team in 2022, focusing her creativity and energy on a 282,000-square-foot Class A retail and office property that spans five city blocks in the Fort Worth Cultural District. She infuses her passion for storytelling and networking skills into procuring tenant connections for the mega project.

Carson’s exceptional communication, organizational and technical abilities were applied to her first role at Younger Partners, where she assisted with the rollout and integration of a new database and CRM that streamlined essential processes for the company. Prior to her entry into commercial real estate, she created content and promotional strategies as a social media specialist for a local restaurant while in college.

A graduate of East Carolina University with a BS in Business Administration/Marketing, Carson held many leadership roles in Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. She was also an active volunteer at the Greenville Ronald McDonald House.

Carson holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson license.
