Sam Kartalis became an executive on the Younger Partners team in 2017 following the acquisition of his former company, Novus Realty Advisors, LLC. After nearly 50 years in the business, he came with a wealth of talent for new business, project development, training, brokerage, property management, syndication, asset management and investments.

Sam’s career climb in commercial real estate began in 1974 at Henry S. Miller Co. where he rose from a team manager to a well-known partner and COO in the firm. Before leaving in 2014 to start Novus with other industry professionals, his name had already become synonymous with great leadership. Sam infused the full-service development, broker and investment firm with his strong work ethic, expertise, and attentiveness to client needs, making it an attractive fit for Younger Partners.
